WELCOME TO THE COLORADO SOCIETY SONS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION
On behalf of the Colorado Society Sons of the American Revolution I invite you to explore our web site. Please learn about our organization and the many activities that we're planning for 2018. We welcome you to visit with us, attend our activities and consider joining our society, comprised of the direct descendants of Continental Line soldiers, Colonial Militia members, Supporters of the American Revolutionary War and our Founding Fathers.
We are a State Society, established 1 July 1896, within the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. As such, we're a non-profit, non-political, volunteer men’s organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history and securing America's future through heritage education.Colorado has over 421 members making up our four chapters: Mount Evans in Denver, Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, Grand Mesa in Grand Junction, and Longs Peak covering the Greeley/Longmont/Fort Collins areas. Members may choose from many activities and Committees to contribute their talents in service to the organization. Come join us for the camaraderie, fun, and opportunity to continue the vision of your American ancestors who made this great nation possible. Make COSSAR friends that last a life time!
