NOTE: you can select 'remember the password' (for your computer on initial login) & it will all show up when you type "w" in the login box later to make updates.
Just look for your event, 1) click on the hot link for your chapter, 2) click "edit event details" on the right, and 3) change dates/locations/topics as necessary. Note that the correct site will also provide a map and directions, etc. but if not, you can always type in the exact address to get the map to work. Note also that the events are repeatable. For instance, for Long's Peak the regular 2nd Saturday is entered as repeated monthly, but then the 3-4 summer dates may be individually deleted. Mt Evans can also chose quarterly, by choosing every 3rd month and continuing in perpetuity. Pikes Peak can select every other month, deleting the summer months individually.
It takes a bit of playing around with, but the sceduler can be a very powerful tool for your chapter, especially if each chapter's webmaster takes the time to insert the emails of their membership in the "add guests" section. Email reminders are then automatically sent to the list when the even approaches. Note this can be changed to just one reminder and/or set to remind different numbers of days before the event. The default days before the event is 10, with a second one 2 days. The downside is you will have to keep the list updated, and some of your members may want to be removed (hopefully not!)
